Both come with unlimited web space, bandwidth, and MySQL databases, as well as a number of other features. If you are looking for a personal or small business website we would recommend the Starter plan. But, if you intend on doing much business online through your site we suggested you pay the few dollars extra a month for the business plan, which offers you a dedicated IP address and search engine submission. These two things will help your ecommerce site run more efficiently and also help draw business to your site through searches.
HostUpon has made every effort to accommodate all of their customers in the customer service department by offering a variety of ways in which you can receive your support. If you have a simple question or a problem that can wait you can use the open ticket process which allows you to send a message detailing your question/problem and they will email you back. Or you can try to look up the solution yourself in their knowledgebase or on their blog. If you need immediate assistance we recommend using online chat for those that are comfortable in typing, or you can use their 24/7 toll free support telephone services.

1 stars We are having constant problems with our database at Hostupon. Files go missing! They prefer to put the blame on the developer. We have restored the DB file but the entire server suffer from major flaws (that`s host bugs). They do not appear to be willing to investigate why thee DB`s are not shown and why corrupted DB`s still work (host should have a script to repair those automatically).
