5 stars I did host my website on other cheaper hosting providers in Malaysia, but what I experienced were bad customer service and unprofessional technical support. Even when my website was under DDos attacked, there was no one replied my message and phone call... I transferred my website to Exabytes since 2011. Exabytes is not the cheapest web hosting provider in the market, but Exabytes is stable and secure. Just send them an email, problems will be resolved in a few hours. All I need to care is the design and contents of my website, Exabytes will do the rest. You can`t afford the risk when your website collapse, your emails and your customers data will disappear in seconds. Get the one that is more professional and trustworthy to help you.
